Graded and hand selected from the catch specifically for your restaurants order,
we will grade and price prior to dispatch, all of our fishermen ensure great pride in the handling and storage of thesehuge fish from the hook to your collection point , ensuring that the fish maintains a temperature as close as possible to 1degree celsuis for perfect aging and sashimi
