Our Fishermen take great pride in the quality of their produce and the proof is in the tasting !
Fish are killed ikkejame style and ice brined to a temp of 1degree celsius on removal from the Pacific , they are kept at perfect ageing temp through all handling stages guaranteeing you the most perfectly firm fresh flesh on every fish you order.

Our spanner crabs are seasprayed and tanked and purged prior to packing and are flown to you in premuim condition and will live three to five days as packed if ice pack is changed regularly and does not come into direct contact with the crabs .
