Using an age old process where selected brine is evaporated under the Mediterranean sun, the remaining brine is slowly brought to the boil, using a traditional process which forms the salt's delicate, pyramid-shaped crystal flakes. Leaving a soft sea salt that retains its natural minerals and flavours.
