Farmed Superior Oscietra

A rare caviar that offers a unique, delicate and fruity flavour palate

Farmed Superior Oscietra caviar has many of the same qualities of Imperial Oscietra. Its ‘berries’ offer a light, nutty flavour, which is both creamy and buttery; however, Superior Oscietra also boasts a unique, delicate, fruity taste.

Farmed Superior Oscietra is also a slightly younger sturgeon than the Imperial, and the caviar ‘berry’ is also slightly softer and creamier in texture.

Many caviar connoisseurs prefer the nutty and delicate fruit flavours of the Superior Oscietra to that of Beluga caviar.
